Please provide 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not received you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
If cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment is due to Covid-19 symptoms, having to self-isolate due to being contacted by the Track and Trace team or a member of your family is experiencing symptoms, then your appointment can be rescheduled to a suitable date after the required isolation period has been completed.
Please do not attend an appointment if you experience any Covid-19 symptoms.
If you are currently isolating, please only book an appointment for a date after your required isolation period ends.
SEW Soft Tissue Therapy is fully Covid Compliant, following the Government Guidelines at all times. A full risk assessment has been completed and is constantly reviewed.
All clients attending an appointment are required to wear a clean Face covering. I will at all times wear a Face Mask to the standard required in line with the close contact Government requirements. As soon as hands on treatment commences I will also wear a face visor, which will only be removed at the end of the hands on treatment.
Hand sanitiser is provided on arrival at the clinic, and is available to you at all times.
